Acceptable Use Policy
Use our website, portal, and AI voice assistant for normal freight business — book, track, get quotes, message us. Don't abuse the system: no hacking, scraping, fake accounts, illegal goods, harassment, or AI prompt-injection. We can suspend access for misuse and report to police if criminal.
Where it applies
Public website, customer portal, AI voice assistant (inbound + outbound calls), tracking system, any APIs, email / WhatsApp / other channels, in-person services. Sits on top of B2B or B2C terms (those govern the freight contract; this governs how you use the service).
What you can do
Book / track / manage / pay for freight, request quotes, communicate with staff and the AI assistant, download invoices and shipment documents we issue for you, download our policies, use search and other site features for normal purposes, allow named delegates from your business to use the portal under your account where the contract allows.
Security and integrity — banned
No unauthorised access. No vulnerability probing without prior written permission. No bypassing authentication, rate-limiting, captcha. No malware, viruses, ransomware. No DoS / DDoS. No impersonation. No credential sharing. No automated scrapers or bots without written agreement. No reverse-engineering of our code, AI prompts, or data models. Behaviour — banned
No false or misleading information at any stage. No abusive, threatening, harassing or discriminatory content directed at staff or via our channels. No AI prompt-injection or jailbreak attempts (detected and escalated; repeated → account suspension). No spam, phishing, unsolicited bulk messages. No use of Taurex to defame, defraud, or extort anyone. No frivolous repeat complaints to harass staff.
Cargo — banned
No prohibited goods (controlled drugs, weapons, counterfeit, CSAM, etc.). No goods prohibited at origin or destination. No sanctions-restricted goods without licence. No dual-use, military, or strategic export-controlled goods without licence. No undeclared dangerous goods. No CITES violations. No counterfeit, IP-infringing, or stolen goods. No mis-declaration of description, value, or HS code (criminal offence).
AI features
Don't try to inject overrides ('ignore previous instructions', 'pretend you are…'). Don't treat AI outputs as binding without written human confirmation. Don't share AI outputs as official Taurex policy without verifying. You can always ask for a human and we transfer immediately.
Consequences
Warning, feature restriction (e.g. disable AI voice for your account), account suspension, account termination, cancellation of pending shipments, report to HMRC / NCA / ICO / OFSI / Action Fraud / police, civil action for damages. Termination for AUP breach is without refund. You indemnify Taurex for losses from your breach.
